Delivery can be to any address as long the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order. Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.

When you get to the checkout screen after adding products to your basket, you will need to select the country of delivery and then select the appropriate postage option you require. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order. Current postage and packaging charges are £3.50 Standard delivery. We reserve the right to amend these charges without notice.

Overseas customers we charge £12.50 postage for EU or Rest of the World deliveries. Please note that we will used tracked postage to some destinations or for high value orders. 


If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we'll be happy to take the goods back as long as they are unworn and they still have the labels attached within 14 days of receiving your order

Returns are processed within 3 working days of us receiving the goods back. This may take longer to process at Christmas or after Bank Holidays. The cost of return postage to be borne by the customer. 

Please allow up to a 3-5 working days for refunds to show on your account. We'll refund you by the same method as payment.

Exchanges: We can only exchange an item for a different size or colour in the same style or for a different product of the same price as the original item.

Return Information: Please ensure all packages are sent back recorded delivery, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in return transit.

Sent the Wrong Items? We rarely make mistakes but this can happen. If it's happened to you we're very sorry and we'll do our best to get the right items to you as soon as possible.
